The owner, Miguel, returned my call within an hour of posting, showed up the same day to discuss the job, and then worked me into their busy schedule over the Labor Day weekend. This is no â guy-with-a-chainsawâ business. The team that showed up first thing Sunday morning was professional, personable, and efficient. They have the right equipment and know what theyâ re doing. Itâ s a pleasure to watch them work. I had a dying 85â oak, dangerously leaning 75â from my cabin. They climbed, limbed, and safely dropped it, and several smaller trees, to within inches of where they intended them to fall. They then bucked them into smaller slabs and hauled it all off by hand in four hours. Four hours! The yard was raked, blown, and spotless before they left.
