He was straightforward and understandable in what he could do and the price options. Install was ridiculously fast. They estimated a day and were done in two hours or so. His installers were professional, communicative, neat, and courteous- even letting us know when they were going to use blowers as we work from home and they didn't want to disturb too much. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
