She gave us helpful suggestions on selection of the materials, but ultimately left the choices up to us. Serge also has a critical eye and was a good voice of reason. Serge and Ray worked hard each day and always cleaned up each day to put the house back into some semblance of order. The work was done fastidiously and with personal pride and completed in a very short time frame. They did not demolish until supplies had arrived, and kept some of the appliances functioning as long as possible, even by reinstalling in a temporary condition. They are friendly people and easy to work with. Everyone likes our kitchen when they see it."
