In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. The garage looks great and they were kind enough to coordinate with another contractor that I was working with as well. I will absolutely use them again once I move to my new property."

"Moving Ahead is amazing! This is the third time I have used this company in this spring to help with the process of moving my Grandma out of her house. This time Taejauhn and Darius came to pack up a U-Haul U-Box heading to my house in Texas. They were so efficient and professional. They fit everything in one box (I had ordered two based on the measurements of the furniture) and under the time estimated. They did an excellent job securing everything and wrapping everything in furniture pads/blankets. Everything arrived in Texas and when the U-Box was opened and unpacked nothing had shifted or been damaged."

"I called Correy and left a detailed message as to my needs. He left me a very profession voice mail stating that his primary product is Brick Paving. I had misinterpreted the "deal" because it was called Landscaping Evaluation and Plans. I failed to read further. I live in a condo community ... I do not need paving or anything like that....I feel I should go with a nursery for this project. Correy was very professional... just an error on my part. "I am perplexed and frustrated that the contact person from the company did not apparently want to work with me to find the source of the leak. Initially, without examining the roof, he said he thought the step flashing on the garage roof needed replaced. That was a logical guess and the work was done in a timely manner. When the leak persisted and I had already paid 700 dollars, the same contact person backed away from pursuing the matter saying I should "check with my neighbors " in my condo community to see what they found as the source of water leakage (I mentioned other neighbors complained of leaks). I then appealed to the company's president on voice mail and a different comtact person called the next day and came and inspected the work which their company had done on replacing the step flashing. This person said he saw " voids" and reapplied new stepflashing for no extra charge. I continued to have the water leakage problem and I was turned back over to the original contact person who said he "would be happy" to help me and would be out in a couple of weeks. He did not come out so I contacted him again and he said he would "definitely" come out. That was over 6 weeks ago and he never called me back. I got frustrated and called a different company. The worker went on top of my roof with a hose spraying water on different areas and we found a window to be the source of the leak. I don't know why Bradford Xteriors (or at least my contact person ) did not want to work with me to discover the source of my problem. I hired them because of their good ratings. I would not hire them again."

"Because I had used the company last year for some home repairs, when my front storm door lock stopped working, I called on the company to fix it. I also wanted a quote on the yard work I was contemplating. It took a while to get in touch, but we finally got together to make an appointment for him to come out and give me a quote. He and his dad arrived for the appointment and tried to fix the door lock right then. When they determined that it needed to be replaced, he said he would order the assembly to be sent to my house and then we could arrange a time for him to do the rest of the work, since the rate quoted was acceptable to me. Again, it took awhile for them to get back to me (the door assembly arrived in about half the time anticipated AND there was a death in the family, but the job was not something that was a pressing matter, so the delay was no problem). Justin and his associate arrived  as scheduled and had the job mostly completed in short order. The door now locks and, most importantly, unlocks! The flower bed area looks great. Justin wasn't familiar with what I wanted, (too old-fashioned, I guess), but his father knew what I was talking about.  It apparently took a bit more time to find the marble chips, but the area looks just like I envisioned. The one tree was taken down quickly and, above all, safely. It really opens up the yard. The small tree was shaped up nicely. I told him to just "do something" with the middle tree. I have to confess, I was a bit worried as I watched him trimming up the tree for fear he was taking too much off, but I could NOT be happier with the result!  His associate came back the next day to clean up all the yard mess. Once again, I'm very happy with this company and will definitely contact them again (possibly next year!)
