"I have an old garage with 8x8 bifold doors. While in the midst of selling my house, wind ripped one of the doors off and smashed it. I was left with a mangled door frame with no header. In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. The garage looks great and they were kind enough to coordinate with another contractor that I was working with as well. I will absolutely use them again once I move to my new property."

"Moving Ahead is amazing! This is the third time I have used this company in this spring to help with the process of moving my Grandma out of her house. This time Taejauhn and Darius came to pack up a U-Haul U-Box heading to my house in Texas. They were so efficient and professional. They fit everything in one box (I had ordered two based on the measurements of the furniture) and under the time estimated. They did an excellent job securing everything and wrapping everything in furniture pads/blankets. Everything arrived in Texas and when the U-Box was opened and unpacked nothing had shifted or been damaged."

I had misinterpreted the "deal" because it was called Landscaping Evaluation and Plans. I failed to read further. I live in a condo community ... "Used their (Angie's List-linked) website on 8/27 to request an quote for some siding repairs and potential roofing issues. Immediately received an e-mail (auto generated I assume) indicating they would be in touch soon. Still hadn't heard anything as of 9/17 so tried again. Still no response so I went elsewhere. They seem to be a good company and it's entirely possible they are too busy to consider my request and/or my job was too small for them to consider right away (which is why I can't honestly give them an F grade overall), but if you're going to indicate you'll be in touch soon, some sort of contact would be appreciated (even a simple e-mail/phone call indicating you're too busy). Or if your web site isn't your preferred method of contact than don't bother giving potential customers that option."

"Because I had used the company last year for some home repairs, when my front storm door lock stopped working, I called on the company to fix it. I also wanted a quote on the yard work I was contemplating. It took a while to get in touch, but we finally got together to make an appointment for him to come out and give me a quote. He and his dad arrived for the appointment and tried to fix the door lock right then. When they determined that it needed to be replaced, he said he would order the assembly to be sent to my house and then we could arrange a time for him to do the rest of the work, since the rate quoted was acceptable to me. Again, it took awhile for them to get back to me (the door assembly arrived in about half the time anticipated AND there was a death in the family, but the job was not something that was a pressing matter, so the delay was no problem). Justin and his associate arrived  as scheduled and had the job mostly completed in short order. The door now locks and, most importantly, unlocks! The flower bed area looks great. Justin wasn't familiar with what I wanted, (too old-fashioned, I guess), but his father knew what I was talking about.  It apparently took a bit more time to find the marble chips, but the area looks just like I envisioned. The one tree was taken down quickly and, above all, safely. It really opens up the yard. The small tree was shaped up nicely. I told him to just "do something" with the middle tree. I have to confess, I was a bit worried as I watched him trimming up the tree for fear he was taking too much off, but I could NOT be happier with the result!  His associate came back the next day to clean up all the yard mess. Once again, I'm very happy with this company and will definitely contact them again (possibly next year!)
