"As we age as a homeowner, you start to collect different individuals to do repairs such as electrician, AC, plumbing, etc. Once you find an individual that is honest, fair, knowledgeable, and proficient in one of these areas, it's as good as gold. Mark is that for me with my sprinkler. I recommend him out to anyone that asks with confidence. He has helped me out in several pinches, and has always done an excellent job, on time, for a fair price. He has never tried to oversell and only recommends what is necessary to get the job done. Knowing that you have a portion of your life covered by someone you can trust is one less area that you have to worry about. Mark is this for me when it comes to my lawn. Look no further, and trust that you've found one of the best and most trusted resources in San Antonio for your lawn. Mark is one of a kind."

"Joe was completed in 5 days. Day one tore down old deck. Started framing new deck out on day two and worked all day without lunch break. Day three and four were full days of work with deck completed before 5 pm on day four. Day five they were here with a trailer to clean up and haul away all old deck debris plus leftover materials and etc. We are very pleased with our new deck and appreciate the professional work Charles and his son performed very day."

"Vendor contacted us very quickly and requested some basic information like door dimensions and photo. A quote was given online. Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends."

Dave Loveday began building ALL types of fences with his father in 1964 when he was still in high school. In 1972 at the age of 25 Dave started contracting fences in the South and Central Texas area.\n Dave's father Taught him that he needed to decide if he wanted to be just another fence builder or if he wanted to provide a QUALITY product and SERVICE. \nDave decided to stay with the QUALITY product and SERVICE so that he would always have access to consumers that knows that you get what you pay for and that cheaper doesn't always equal BETTER.\nDave decided several years ago to stay with mostly residential fences and installs ornamental iron fences , Ornamental Gates iron railings and most other types of Fences.\nAt 64 years old Dave is still going strong and continues to serve this community with the same level of QUALITY AND SERVICE.\nPlease view my web site lovedayfence.net for a lot more information.\nIt is now November 2013 and in December it is Dave's 50 th. anniversary of being in the fence Industry. Dave is in good health and still available for most residential projects.

"David was on time and ready for the job. His work is exceptional. He is thorough, meticulous, and enthusiastic. He has a very warm and friendly demeanor. He is good at problem solving if/when challenges occur due to old structures/settings. I highly recommend David. This is the 4th time we have utilized his talents and we will look forward to many more times to work together."

"The project went very well! Tim, the owner, was 100% hands-on, and the quality of the work certainly reflects it. He met with us, answered numerous questions, made changes to the original proposal to incorporate our concerns about a very steep and problematic driveway, and was the project through to the very end."

"It was discussed at the beginning that their crew will come and look at the sprinkler problem and give me a quote. after the review they gave me a sky rocketing quote ($5000-$6000) so i decided to move on with some other company, they fixed the problem in less than $500. two months down the lane I receive $125 an invoice for inspection which I was told that they would just come out and give me a quote, no cost for inspection. Unfortunately, there is no email or txt about this so I can't prove it. The person at the front desk apologizes for the miss communication, but i still have to pay for it. I would not recommend this company. Make sure to get everything in written if you are going with them."

"Wow! This business was recommended by a friend. I had a quote that I was comfortable with but decided to make just one more call. I am very glad that I did because they came out quickly and fixed my roof leak on the spot for 1/4 of the cost of my original quote to the penny. I have recommended them to a bunch of other people already and keep their contact information in my phone just in case I need them again. Well done, thank you!"

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Marion, TX

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
