He also agreed to power wash a pilaster next the gate which was looking stained and spoiled from 18 years of mildew and some construction debris from work next door. I offered to pay him a little extra for his kindness. Very nice fellow, easy to work with, and knows what he is doing. The repaired gate and opposite fence look like new following the power washing, repair, and repainting."
