"The hinge post for the metal gate leading to our back yard was leaning badly, and the gate was hitting the latch post instead of smoothly closing onto the latch with some space between the gate and the latch post.. I contacted Marvin through Home Advisor, and he went by the house in my absence to look at the job and quote me a price, which also included power washing the piece of metal fence on the other side of the house and repainting it as well. My wife and I are out of town a lot taking care of her disabled younger brother. Marvin agreed to work with me on my schedule which required the gate to be repaired and painted sometime during the next week when I would be at the house for a short visit. He came out that Tuesday, with all the tools necessary to do the job. He also agreed to power wash a pilaster next the gate which was looking stained and spoiled from 18 years of mildew and some construction debris from work next door. I offered to pay him a little extra for his kindness. Very nice fellow, easy to work with, and knows what he is doing. The repaired gate and opposite fence look like new following the power washing, repair, and repainting."
