"It was okay. I didn't see the people. They came, did their work and left. I wanted aerating and over-seeding. I don't know if they had gotten a big response for their advertised price but I felt they came out kind of late and they didn't leave much time for grass to grow in the fall. Actually, I was a little disappointed in how long for them to come out. It was actually later towards the end of October before they actually got here, maybe the second week of October. They were good. There wasn't any additional cost. The price was really good that's why I scheduled the service with them."

"Kelly is professional and efficient. She really listened to what I wanted and made plant suggestions based on what I told her I liked. She arrived on time and returned as promised. She continues to contact me when I need to water the plants and returned to check on a sprinkler that was malfunctioning. She is awesome, really knows her stuff and I plan on having her back to landscape the back yard. She is reliable, dependable and easy to work with!

"

The initial visit was great. I was wanting to have the patio updated, shrubs added, and some areas relayed with concrete. I was really interested in the layout he gave me but the price was over my budget. He stated he would follow-up with me about another plan that could work with my budget but I never heard back. That was the only complaint I had.

"For the most it went very well.  The owner was out of town for much of the work and I had to step in several time to see that the work being done was what had been discussed.  There were a few disagreements on scope of work but for the most part what was done was done very well.

"It went great, from the time i called they were very honest about everything, they were advising me on how to save money by doing things a certain way and using certain products, thats how we were actually able to include the deck lol. they always cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful us. The only issue we ever had was the delivery with all the wood for the deck was tied up and wasn't going to come for another 3 days, but they decided to make 2 trips bringing the wood themselves so not to waist any time. I really appreciated that because i had family visiting from out of state the following week and i really needed to get all the work completed by them, which they did :) I would definitely use them again!"
