"Cleaning was ok. Nice people however, deep cleaning the stove / oven was not up to par. There was a lot of dust that was not cleaned up / shower didn't look at deep cleaned as I would of liked. Additionally, what came after I am not happy about regarding contracting directly with them, specifically April. She asked for a $150 deposit which I thought she would do the cleaning. Turns out she hired another service, had so many miscommunications, and ended up terming her service. Now she ghosted us / won't refund our deposit. This group is shady / would never wish upon this on anyone & DO NOT HIRE THEM / try to contract with them directly. NEVER AGAIN!"
