"We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. "Paramount was a wonderful company to work with. They were always prompt with turnaround on communication and questions. They provided 2 estimates so we could decide what would be best for our budget. Their use of drone technology made getting the estimate and progress updates super easy for me to understand as a layperson. We have a flat roof and that was no problem for them. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the men who did the work were professional, polite and fast. They followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied and Marco provided thorough answers to our questions. I would absolutely recommend Paramount to anyone with roofing needs, and plan to recommend to anyone I know seeking roof repair or replacement."
