"For 3 years we were looking for a company to replace our deck, and then finally found American Way. Jesus Luna and his crew built us an amazing deck, pavers around our pool with an area for plants, and then recreated the front of our home. They built us a new mailbox and added some touches that needed to be done! Everything was done with precision and very thoroughly! Jesus drew up the plans and came to our home to show us materials and designs several times before starting. We trusted his decisions and were very excited with the results!! This is not the main problem, the problem when the work he did changing 5 circuit breakers and one of them broke only 5 months later. He came and claimed that the one broke is not the one he changed. He was unable to point at the 5 CB he changed. He still took extra money after a lot of haggling. I would recommend you steer away from ANNA Electric. It was a very negative experience."

"Unfair and deceptive business practices. Charged me $7,847.05 to diagnose and rewire 1 circuit. 1 day or work. This is way over fair market pricing. I tried to contact them for a more descriptive contract due to what is shown on the contract, doesn?t correlate to the work performed. I received no reply. A new junction box was not installed. They used the old box. The single room rewire makes no sense. I have no clue what the ?15-20 amp dedicated up to 75ft with access? is at all. The electrician did not show me a final price before charging my credit card for this amount."
