This time I had a leaky skylight in the closed in breezeway that has been leaking for quite some time & causing a fair amount of damage. When the job before mind ran late, I got two notices that work would begin a day late. They crew did a fabulous job with new skylights & ceiling that look great. In the HOT summer of 2018, we had decided to remove a deck removed and have a patio installed, but had minimal knowledge of hardscapes, what suited the natural landscape and met our needs. Josh from Viola was patient and made a point to design WITH us, not simply for us, until we landed on the right one, explaining the how and why of each part of the job. From the start of the work through to the completed product, the entire Viola team apprised us of any concerns (there were a few) and were always patient and courtesy in regard to our questions and suggestions.
