"Paul and the person answering calls and responding to emails in the office were always timely and punctual. I have found roofers to be the most difficult of the trades and often unreliable. This is most certainly not the case with Hoolahan. Every email and call was returned. Paul was on time for his initial quote, took photos of the problem tiles and showed me the photos from his phone. We initially contracted to just repair bad slate tiles on the house and garage. Then we expanded to also replace all gutters and downspouts. Eventually because we had recently installed a high efficiency boiler and attached hot water tank, we no longer needed our chimneys so we asked that they be cut down to roof level and capped. Finally, we added replacement of a small asphalt porch roof. Paul was communicative on when work would begin. He and his workers arrived when they stated. They worked without loud music and we never heard a foul word from them. In contrast to some other roofers, Paul's workers were all experienced mature men who knew the trade and the craft and carried out the work very well. I have only good things to say about Hoolahan Roofing and would most certainly use them again."

"These guys did an excellent job for us on a complex, work intensive project. We asked them to remove our existing roof (shingles, plywood and rigid foam insulation) and then spray foam where the rigid foam had been and the replace the roof with new materials. They were able to locate a spray foam contractor who was willing to work alongside them while the roofing was replaced. They performed all of these tasks very well. I was very impressed with their workmanship and their work ethic. Several days they worked more than 12 hours! Couldn't be more happy with Dan and his crew as well as with Josh handling all the logistics with the spray foam folks. Would highly recommend them!"

"I called Mike on Tuesday and he came out that Saturday to give us a bid.  He was very honest with his quote - gave us a ballpark figure and followed up with a quote via email. <br /> He has been in constant contact and ask if they could install the sliding glass doors prior to the deck installation.  (we can't have the deck installed until the A/C unit is moved)  We agreed. <br /> Mike's son and crew worked last Thursday and Friday, removing an existing window and installing a slider with vertical blinds built into the door.   The crew was extremely professional and did a fantastic job.  I am thrilled! <br /> We are anxiously waiting for the deck to be built and if it goes as smoothly as the door I know I will love it."
