"Oversold cheap windows as 'just as good as brand names'. Installation was shoddy at best. Parts were broken upon installation. More parts broke within the first year. Vinyl is separating from one of the frames. Initial support was rude, and for the latest warranty problem they have ghosted us. Avoid at all cost. Should have used a brand name installer."
