"Bel Island Home Improvement were recommended to me by a friend, who had roof replacement work completed by BIHI on Cape Cod. They were responsive to our cost estimate request, accommodating with schedule, attentive to our project goals and needs, willing to offer design and construction advice, attentive to detail, punctual, efficient and tidy, and the owner and crew were pleasant to interact with. We have another project in the planning stage and are eager to re-hire Bel Island Home Improvement again."

"I had a leak in August that needed fixing and out of multiple inquiries, Waterman Building & Remodeling was one of two (out of about six) that responded and gave a flat rate for the fix. While here I wanted to get a quote on a new roof as it was 20+ years old and was provided that number before they left. They came back two months later to remove the old shingles, replace any bad plywood and install the new shingles. It was all done in under a day, cleaned out the gutters and then walked the property multiple times to clean up anything that fell off. Highly recommend Brian and his team and will definitely use again when needed."

"Based on a friend's recommendation, we added Beantown Home Improvement to our list of potential roof and gutter replacement providers. We were impressed with Eli's thorough quote, attention to detail and competitive pricing. We ultimately hired them and Eli and Derek were very responsive and professional throughout. They kept us well informed during the whole process, which included prompt rescheduling due to a winter storm. We are apprentice of the professional, hard working and tidy crew. The roof and gutters look great ( and were immediately tested the day after installation with 60 mph winds!). We would not hesitate to recommend Beantown or hire them again."

"Can do attitude with excellent knowledge and installation of a shake roof."

"Carols called the same day I posted the job. He was communicative, came over the first day we were available, and gave us the estimate on the spot. We choose to use his company to redo our gravel driveway. We were happy his crew showed up a few days early! The job was done impeccably and the crew of 3 or 4 were very efficient and professional."

"I couldn't imagine using another company as my GC. I had a major reno ahead of me and was extremely overwhelmed. Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable and skillful. The reno came out better than I imagined! One of the things I was very impressed with was the level of communication. Mike and his team were extremely quick to respond to an email, a text, or a phone call, response time was instantaneous. The quality of work was very detailed(true craftsmanship), and it really was a true partnership. MIke took the time to listen and deliver. I wouldn't have survived this reno without the Vaz Team. THANK YOU for making my house my HOME."

"We had a project to repair a leak on a small Copper and Rubber roof. We started by looking at Angie's list to find roofers in the Watertown area and immediately Capital construction lept to the top. Their reviews were literally through the roof. I can also say that our own experience with them met and surpassed the reviews I had read. When I called, they immediately answered and were able to come out and assess the situation within 2 days. I met with Jude and Dave and I found them to be knowledgable, professional, honest and very easy to work with. We got a quote at that point and went ahead with scheduling the project. The whole team at Capital Construction kept us informed on the status and when they could come out to repair the roof. They worked with me to find a good date/time. Their customer communication is world class. They performed the repairs, cleaned up the site, and we could not be happier with the results. We would definitely recommend Capital Construction to anyone with a roofing or any home project."

"They came and repaired the siding, trim and small roof section after the removal of a cement block chimney. They were on time, efficient and did a great job. I was very happy with the work and the cost. I’d hire them again!"

"They did a great job sealing my driveway!"
