"I would not recommend using this electrician. We paid for the work to be completed, but several items were never corrected or finished. He failed to show up as promised to complete the job, despite multiple opportunities to make it right. Communication became extremely unprofessional?he ultimately blocked my number, and although he told my husband he would return to address the remaining issues, he never followed through. We were nothing but polite and patient throughout the entire process, which makes the lack of accountability even more disappointing. If you?re looking for someone reliable who stands behind their work, I would suggest looking elsewhere. "

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"It started off a bit bumpy, but he did everything to make it right, which is why I give 5 stars. Construction and repair projects are rarely straightforward and bound to run into issues. He was polite and communicative throughout, which is all I hope for, and he made it right and adjusted his work and the price so I felt very good about the work and the entire transaction. A man with ethics. Can't beat that these days."

"The service agreement was to cut down a tree and then cut into firewood. Tree was cut down and part of the trunk was cut into huge logs, one of which rolled down and damaged my property WHILE they were there (he didn't tell me)!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will not respond to texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional."
