"The guys demolished a very large, old hot tub and hauled it off. Scheduling was very fast and easy. The price was reasonable with the scope of the job. Tim's communication was excellent. They did an excellent job getting into a tight spot to load all the pieces. They did a beautiful job cleaning everything up. They came prepared with all the right tools. They hauled everything off with attention to detail. They covered and secured the load so as not to lose anything during transport. I can't recommend The Jones Standard enough. I would not hesitate to use them again and I'm going to tell my friends and neighbors about them. "John was meticulous. It was as though this was his front yard. He performed two extra functions and did not charge us for it. He trimmed much of the border grass with a clipper so that he would not damage the Day Lillies. A sign was laying on the ground from a previous maintenance worker and without being asked he put it back up! He reviewed his work and then went back over the entire yard to make sure he hadn't missed a spot. The entire time he was working he had the warmest smile on his face which assured us that he loved what he was doing. He deserves 10 stars :-)"

"The problem was not with the cleaners. It was with the owner of the business. First of all, she required $100 to guarantee that we would engage her company. The cost for the first two visits was almost $500. We are a retired couple living alone with one beagle. We are NOT pigs and our house was not filthy. My big beef is that she requires payment via a credit card which she charges the week we are due for cleaning. The other complaint is that, even if you notify her ahead of time, you are still charged for cleaning if you will be gone and do NOT want anyone in your home to clean. The other “rule” is that you need to give a 30 day written and verbal notice to cancel her services. But, we were not given an address ?? A contract was brought to us after several weeks of engaging this company. Since we were already unhappy with Maid it Happen, we did not sign it! The cleaning lady who took care of us was excellent !! That is “why” some of the grades were higher. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone!"
