Was told nothing could be ordered until I signed a form. Why didn't they call me and tell me I needed sign a form. Another month without AC?."

"Do not use this company. They installed a unit for me six years ago and when it had issues, they came to check it (after missing 3 appointments) and then entirely broke the unit. Tony, the tech, was really helpful. Ashley, the scheduler, was also really helpful. The others were not. I've followed up and have not heard back. I canceled my service package and yet they continue to charge me. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret it and have more issues after they leave."
