"Brian came right away to give us an estimate. After looking at the jobs, he told us he thought the deck would rot again in a few years due to it's damp location. He recommended we consider pavers instead and recommended a company he knows and has worked with. He did email us an estimate for both projects. I contacted the other company about pavers & we decided to do that in place of the decking. I was very impressed that Brian was honest with us and didn't just rebuild the deck, knowing that it would not last. As for the ramp, he and his crew arrived on the day we expected and did a great job of removing the old ramp and building the new one, cleaning up afterwards.
