They were honest, reliable, and responsive when I had questions. because they couldn't get to my roof right away, they did a temporary fix, and when that didn't hold, they came back and redid the temporary fix until it worked. They also took care of scheduling the tuckpointing that was necessary. He was able to get close to all 3 stacks so we could see the damage. What a mess. He quoted us a price similar to our other bids and we went with him to do the work.
