"We are very impressed with the work done to remove our old patio and path with a new patio and path by Pavers Arts LLC. Darlin project manager) met with us 1 time followed by a visit with both Darlin and Israel (the owner). We looked through catalogs from their paver sources and looked at on paver samples in their truck. The work involved a demolition of the old patio followed by the new replacement. The project took 6 days followed by a final walk-through on follow-up dy. They removed the patio furniture and large potted flowers before the demo and put it back at the end of the project. In addition they removed two above-ground planter boxes and much gravel that had been placed around the original patio. Our neighbors sw the project while in progress and at the en. They were also very messed with the workers’ work ethic and the quality of the marls. The clean-up was perfect! We would definitely recommend this company along with the owner and manager and the workers."

"I've used them for several years to maintain a midsized suburban lawn. The current fee for this is $165 monthly. The crews show up on time, are courteous, and do a good job, but there are improvements the company could make. Even though the fee is billed monthly, in December and part of January there is no service. The lawn is dormant, but if I'm paying monthly, I expect some kind of yard maintenance that could be done during the winter in return. I've also had spotty service fixing lawn irrigation issues, and the staff is not well trained about limiting damage or cleanup issues to the home related to their work. Leaf blower use damages the siding and removes topsoil, and edge trimming often sprays mud up onto the walls, which must be cleaned up frequently. I think they rely too much on leaf blowers instead of using rakes in areas where the blowers create problems. The company has never asked for my feedback about their service and how it could be improved."

"We are pleased with our new landscaping and enthusiastically recommend Artistic Landscapes! Robert and Sarah did the total design work. Excellent communication from start to finish was key for us. They responded promptly and fully to our questions in emails and phone calls during our evaluation, after contract signing and during installation. Their installation project crew was great too! They all worked hard every day, were always cheerful, even in cold, wet and windy weather in October/November. They cleaned up the job site every day when finished. We enjoyed working with the Foreman! He was just great and kept us informed of what was to be done during day and what was planned next. Ours was a large project which included absolutely everything from scratch on a bare lot on all four sides of our newly constructed house. "We bought a new construction home and the backyard was just a big area of bark chips. We were looking to extend our concrete patio, put in grass or turf and a few planter boxes on the side. Joe Fisher gave us a competitive estimate for our project. We also had some other landscaping companies come out for bids, but we went with Western Paver Design because they are contractors, not just landscapers, and we got a good feeling that they would give us a beautiful backyard that we would love. They absolutely came through. Darwin and his crew worked for less than a week to transform the yard. They added a beautifully paved patio to our existing concrete patio, doubling the space. They installed a big swath of turf which looks very realistic and feels very soft. And in our side yard they created a beautiful dry river bed with varying-sized rocks, built three planter boxes, and planted a gorgeous maple tree and some bushes. Joe and Darwin were in regular communication with us to make sure the project turned out as desired. The crew took a panel out of our fence to have easy access to our yard and they put it back in and cleaned up everything when they were done. We couldn’t be happier."
