They told us the truth about our roof (that it was in pretty good condition and would likely last several more years), whereas another company tried hard to push us to replace it immediately. Also, their bid was about a quarter of the other bid we received! We really appreciated that they fit our repair in so quickly. And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable. "In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

He listened and answered all my question and provided information on how the project progresses from beginning to end. He explained everything clearly with patience and with descriptions I could understand. The roofers were professional and hard-working. They were careful and avoided damaging the garden and trees surrounding the house and garage. They even worked on the weekend to keep the work on track. Everything was timely and completed as scheduled. Mike went out of his way to inspect the attic and assess the location and state of the current venting system and make recommendations for the location of new vents to ensure proper ventilation of the attic. He personally dug around the attic insulation to determine the location (or lack thereof) of ducts venting the bathroom and the kitchen fans. You couldn’t ask for a better person to care for your home as much as you do. I have no hesitation recommending Pacific Ridge Roofing highly to anyone who wants a quality roof installed by professional and friendly contractors. I enjoyed working with them and feel confident they will give any homeowner the attention you deserve on such a crucial aspect of your home improvement project."

"This ended up being a very challenging project because once the roof was off, issues were found with the construction underneath and an infestation of bats. Cobex handled the changes in scope and worked with me on a budget I could afford. The foreman had an eye for detail and experience in more than just roofing so he could make recommendations on how to deal with the various issues we encountered. They cleaned up after themselves every day and tried the best they could to avoid damaging my spa and other outdoor items that I couldn't clear away to protect from falling debris. I ended up with a very high quality 50-yr roof that looks fantastic."

He was strongly recommended by a friend and Realtor.
