"In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

"They did an awesome replacing my roof. They are very responsive with anything I asked about the price was very reasonable. They were fast clean and professional. They even did some repair on some of my window trim that needed to be done because of dry rot. They made sure everything was done 100% correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or any repairs in their house. I plan on using them again next spring for some wood trim around my windows again."

"I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"My experience with Aylwin Construction was 5 stars. They did the job in just three days and added copper-beaded shingles for moss control for only $100 more. Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. My family is looking forward to having Aylwin do a full replacement this year or next with a full Tesla Roof. I was completely surprised to read the recent review regarding the quality of work done by Aylwin Construction at a local condominium. Over the past 20 years, as an owner of one of Portland’s larger boutique industrial real estate firms, I have recommended Aylwin Construction to my biggest and best real estate investors. Making a poor recommendation would reflect poorly on me and my company. I have recommended Aylwin Construction to friends with structurally difficult Mid-Century solid deck roofs, large REIT buildings throughout Oregon and Washington, medium Family-owned apartments, and my own family members for roof cleaning, on Mt. Hood, new gutter systems, and full roof replacements and repairs. Multi-million-dollar Multi-Family jobs have been completed Professionally and on time without fail. Aylwin their own fleet of dumpsters and roof cranes that protect the property, speed up projects, and reduce on-the-job injuries. "From the very beginning, Tomas was friendly and informative when starting my roofing project. He listened and answered all my question and provided information on how the project progresses from beginning to end. I called several roofing companies but Pacific Ridge Roofing contractors were the only ones to take time to explain the project and literally teach me how a roofing system works. The costs were within ranges of other roofing companies but the customer care was exceptional. I feel fortunate to have found them. The project was supervised by Mike Bianco, who was also as friendly and informative. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the proposal line by line, and made adjustments to the proposal at my request to clarify what exactly would be done, what materials would be used, and how the project would proceed. He explained everything clearly with patience and with descriptions I could understand. The roofers were professional and hard-working. They were careful and avoided damaging the garden and trees surrounding the house and garage. They even worked on the weekend to keep the work on track. Everything was timely and completed as scheduled. Mike went out of his way to inspect the attic and assess the location and state of the current venting system and make recommendations for the location of new vents to ensure proper ventilation of the attic. He personally dug around the attic insulation to determine the location (or lack thereof) of ducts venting the bathroom and the kitchen fans. You couldn’t ask for a better person to care for your home as much as you do. I have no hesitation recommending Pacific Ridge Roofing highly to anyone who wants a quality roof installed by professional and friendly contractors. I enjoyed working with them and feel confident they will give any homeowner the attention you deserve on such a crucial aspect of your home improvement project."

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
