"Tom and his team were EXCELLENT. They came by for a quick bid while I wasn't home, emailed their quote within 24 hours and called to walk me through it. After getting another quote that was close to 10K and recommended to basically remove all the trees off our property, we were thrilled to see Tom's bid come in way lower and with no recommendation to remove all the beautiful trees on our property. When we scheduled and his team came out, they walked through everything with me again, made sure everything was trimmed safely away from our roof and even helped pull some extra branches from our side that were hanging into our neighbors. Their quote was fair for a TON of work removing deadwood and branches on at least 8 trees in our yard, and we will continue to use them for all of our future tree needs."

"The Quality crew arrived right on time a couple of days later, and with what I can only call amazing efficiency the team cleared and chipped the debris, climbed and repaired the tree, and cleaned up the yard. "I have used Pacific NW Arborist's twice now. The first time, they removed two large fir trees, a maple tree, and a willow tree. The fir trees required the use of a crane. They spent one day delimbing the fir trees and removing the maple and willow. They returned with a crane to remove the remainder of the fir trees. All went very well and they did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. The second time I used their services, they removed a large pine tree that had begun to lean and posed a threat of falling over. It took them about an hour to climb, delimb, remove, and clean up. "Crew did a great job! They had to cut down and remove a large pear tree (~50') in my backyard that was overhaning deep into neighbors yard. In the matter of only a couple hours they had cut it down cleanly without damage to fence/landscaping/etc. and cleaned up the debris. "February 18, 2019 Recommendation for Angie’s List Work Done by: Portland Tree Care, Boring, OR Work Done on: February 12, 2019 Scope of Work: Full pruning and thinning of two small Birch trees in front yard, two large Birch trees, one large Maple tree and one very large Sweetgum tree in back yard. Also apply a systemic insecticide soil drench to control Aphid in all of our Birch trees. Brian Mowld was quick to respond to my request for a quotation. He was able to email his quote to me the same day that he came to the house to look at the job. We had to be a little flexible with the planned schedule due to unexpected snow here. However, on the scheduled day for the project Brian and his two man crew, Jake and Dan, arrived on time and went right to work. They were very polite and professional and did a wonderful job for us including a very thorough clean-up. My wife and I are very pleased with the look and shape of our trees. It is also reassuring that our trees are now better prepared to withstand the strong East wind we get in our area. We have used Portland Tree Care in the past with very good results and this time was no exception.
