"Zach and Jake did an excellent job on the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Came on time, gave us a heads up on their ETA. Upon arrival they explained clearly the procedure and the tools they will be using. Throughout the procedure they were very polite and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They reattached my airvents properly and took out some bad insulation. Gutters and downspouts were flushed, and all walls/windows/surfaces and surrounding areas were rinsed clean. Moss-killer-inhibitor (zinc?) treatment was applied to roof. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives).
