I understand mistakes happen, but as I had rearranged my schedule, and made arrangements for our dogs, I asked for a discount. She agreed and offered a generous 30% discount. The next day I again made arrangements for our dogs and rearranged my schedule, but the pro never showed up to complete the job. They also did not answer to texts and phone calls. They have good reviews outside of this, so maybe it was an off week. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend them. "
