"Nick and his team are professional and good communicators and did a good job removing brick tile from our kitchen. The cost was $1000 and he and another guy completed the work in less than four hours. Doing the math, that is being very well paid per hour of work especially considering there were no cost for materials. Note: he originally quoted me $2000 and said it would be 3 men 8hours. After the floor removal I had him quote floor leveling and tile installation. His quote was $1250 more than another local company. I hold no ill will for his self-advocating and getting the most money he can for his work, and I hope the same respect is returned with the warning that he comes at high price compared to other options in our area."

"It was a Most Excellent experience doing business with Krumlauf Floors for my Mother's condo. The Work scheduled, more than a month before, was done on the days projected. Any and all communication was responded to PROMPTLY. Landan and his crew present themselves professionally and speaking from doing many home improvements myself, did a superb, craftsman like job. The project required removal of cheap vinyl and carpet on a slab to install quality wood laminate and 100% vinyl on a slab. ALL furniture and appliances was moved with respect to replace ALL flooring beneath them."

"I emailed Stewart's floors from their website and they called me the next day to schedule an estimate. They came out the same day and provided me an estimate on the spot. It is a 4th generation, small, family owned and operated company. This was appealing to us and Jim was very kind and knowledgeable and I enjoyed speaking with him during the estimate. Once the remodeling was done in our home about 3 weeks later I emailed Stewart's to let them know we would be ready to start our floors in the next week or two and wanted to check on their schedule. I didn't hear back so I called a few days later. I spoke with Betty and she informed me that she would call me back the next day. I didn't hear from her so I called back again Wednesday and left a voicemail in the evening. Still no word until she called at the end of the week to say she was waiting to call me because they needed to see how the jobs panned out over the week to know when they could start. I totally understand that, but if you tell someone you're going to call them Tuesday you probably shouldn't wait until Friday. Even a call to say that they woudln't have an answer until Friday would've been great. I just assumed they were too busy and didn't want the work so I had to take my time to call and get an estimate from another company in the mean time when I didn't hear back all week. We selected a date for them to start and as promised they gave a 30 minute call ahead on a Monday before arriving at the house. Again, Josh and his crew were very knowledgeable and we enjoyed speaking with them. Josh even called me at the end of the day to check in and tell me how things went and when they'd be back. This blew me away- awesome customer service and something I hadn't experienced from a contractor before. I had to pause the process by one day on Friday because I had a scheduled appointment to get our ducts cleaned. This really seemed to mess things up and it added multiple days to the process. They were supposed to come back Saturday or Monday and I never heard back from them as to when they would return. Again, I called the office and couldn't get a clear answer for quite some time. They showed up Tuesday or Wednesday and started the rest of the floors. To be fair, we did add two additional rooms to the job, so I understand that adds extra time. Overall, the floors look great and the price was very competitive, but the communication efforts could really use some improvement. I would recommend Stewart's and was very satisfied with the overall finished product, but the process to get there was more painful than I would've liked. The delay ended up pushing back our move in date back by a week, which wasn't the end of the world, but was a hassle."

Quality of workmanship was absolutely superb. Workers arrived on time, as scheduled, with the proper materials. High-level skill sets were obvious. Work was completed on time, as scheduled. Customer service response to resolve anomalies discovered during installation was outstanding. I would recommend this vendor to anyone wishing to install flooring. This event covered all floors in a 3,500 sq ft home with 3/4" hardwood flooring; This new flooring replaced carpet that was installed in 1977."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
