He then rebuilt the subfloor, updated plumbing, organized electrical, installed shower, tiled the floor, painted the walls, tiled the walls, set up the sink, mirror, lights, new ceiling fan, new heater ducts, the works!!! Not only did he do a superlative job, he showed up every day, worked every day, communicated with me on every step, and delivered exactly what I asked for. "Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Throughout the project & at the end of each day, Unique kept the workplace clean (the deck is over my driveway), I was able to park in it each time after they left which I really appreciated. Leo stuck to his quote, called to let me know when they were on their way, Leo & his team members were very polite & worked hard to knock out my project in 2 1/2 days whereas another contractor who was working alone quote $1500 more and a time estimate of 4 weeks. Not only would I hire them again but I have already gotten a quote to do matching railing on my concrete porch steps, which they will do as soon as the materials arrive, and in a few months Iâ ll have them back to retile around my fireplace. Very satisfied with the work, the speed & the team."

He accidentally tapped in to the sprinkler system and broke a pipe and immediately ran to Home Depot and replaced it. Great company Dan does great work"
