We originally wanted the front top of our dock repaired but in the end we decided to have them replace the boards of the entire dock and the larger timbers that needed replacing underneath. Yaro is an amazing worker and they had the dock done in one week! They definitely aim to please. Another plus is they clean up and haul away all the old lumber and leave the area spotless. Once again, this is a top notch company to hire, they know their stuff."

But we still had leaking after they put tarp. It's very difficult to find a roofing company available this year, especially in winter season. Everyone is busy. I found 1st Choice at Home Advisor. Joe contacted with me quickly. He communicated with me and HOA president very well. He explained the reason we had leaking after we sent him some pictures. Then he sent a technician to help us do the emergency dry in. Very professional work. We are very satisfied with 1st Choice. Our tenants are very happy as well. "As far as I can tell they did a good job of removing the mold and drying out the area, but I can only see the above floor part not the crawl space. They did not remove the damaged, moldy siding on the exterior, but I believe they wanted me & my homeowners insurance to make an overall plan to do that part of the remediation before removing part of my siding. They could have provided more information in advance on how the process would go rather than spending so much effort 'making the sale.' Better communication and punctuality would have been appreciated. I don't know that cost of the service yet; I paid them $1000, which is my insurance deductible, and they submitted the rest of the bill to my insurance. I don't know yet if all will be covered."

"They inspected the damage as soon as plumber confirmed the reason, checked extent of the damage, demolished the spoilt cabinets and set up dryer machines by securing the area. Their team visited daily to check progress if drying. Albert was also visiting regularly to inspect work done by his team. Worked with the insurance inspector to resolve issues. Highly recommended. Very friendly team as well. "
