He gave me a rough estimate on the phone, explained me what could bring complications to the project, and the range for the estimate. He was very curious on the phones and was a great listener and sounded honest. He came to my house the next day, he did the work as he described he would. Turned out there were no complications, he gave me the option to pay with a check or credit card. I chose credit car, he emailed me an invoice, and I paid the charge which was about $259 for an installation of 2 ceiling fans. I was very happy with the work.
