This means you will not waste your time with a sales person that tells you one thing, and then the day of the project someone else is the one installing it. Raimundo was very attentive, professional, pays attention to detail, and ensures high quality work. He has a great attitude throughout the entire project, and he is resourceful whenever an obstacle comes its way. Also, once the job is done, if there is any unforeseen issues, he gladly fixes them.
