"I was disappointed in how the process ended up. He was prompt in showing up to give me a bid. I was wanting to replace my sidewalk and wanted a 10x10 patio in the back yard. He gave me a price verbally but didn t provide a hard copy. I thought it was odd that someone be in business like that but not provide a contract outlining the job and the cost. I then asked for his bid in writing since he didn t offer up a contract. He wrote out the bid manually on a piece of paper and emailed it to me. I thought this was very unprofessional so I told him I wanted to get other bids. He responded he had already ordered the concrete. I felt pressured into going ahead with the project. I wanted to schedule the work so that I could be there while they working. It didn t happen that way. He called the night before and said they would be there the next morning to do the job. When it was all said and done, I was not happy with how he poured the pad. It was a raised pad and the sides were left open. You can see the rock that is underneath. Then after the first rain, the water pooled in that one spot and has been doing it every time it rains. I recently tried contacting him via his email, but haven t gotten a response from him yet."

"Jeramie (owner) and his team earned my trust as reliable professionals.  Completely recommend Jeramie to all.  I was debating between EFR and another competitor (large company which is on TV and Radio).  Cost was about same (little less with EFR) but it was not the cost that sold me, it was Jeramies interaction and honest communication.  while this had no impact on my decision, it may be worth mentioning- EFR was able to complete my job after about 2 weeks from contract signing while the other provider said it would be 6-8 weeks. Jeramie was able to complete my job in   The other provider attempted to upsell me on a unique pier they offer but according to engineers I contacted it would have no additional value that jeramie providers.  What I gained from the most part is that a pier is a pier. I had a two day job and Jeramie showed up each day to make sure I was happy and to explain the goal.  His team was incredibly professional in letting me know each step, where they were at and the next step.  Surprisingly they kept the property fully protected and when completed the team even returned my property to its full state prior to the job- very happy as I had a lot of work on my property over the last couple years (turf grass, flowers etc).  Jeramie even followed up one week later to ensure I was happy with the experience.  The true value in this entire process and why I highly recommend EFR is the entire additional experience one gains from using EFR: trust, dedication, care, and communication."

"I had a very significant drainage issue around my property that had caused severe water damage to several rooms inside the house. This had been going on for years and I needed a solution. Team Green stepped in and solved my problems. The project went very smoothly once underway. The lead time was about 7-8 weeks, which was the only downside. Everything from start to finish was thoroughly explained to me and if I had any questions they got answered quickly. I even called them to ask questions about another provider's bid/project and they had no problem explaining the issues to me. The install crew worked very hard clearing large tree roots and rocks to install the drain. Several gutters, including two of my neighbors, were directed into the drain, which was made of high quality six inch pipe. The rock used to cover the drain looks great and they reseeded any areas disturbed by the install. Since the install I have not had a single issue with flooding inside the house. The drain can handle a lot of water with no problems. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Team Green Outdoor to anyone.
