"It went great!! The Fence Co was the cheapest and fastest to meet with me out of four different local fence installation companies. I couldn't be happier with my new fence! It looks beautiful, feels sturdy, and keeps my dog in my yard! The fence I wanted was a non-stock item, so it took 3 weeks for the materials to get in but the scheduling and installation were completely stress-free and easy! Gina met with me and created a proposal with all the things I asked for. 50% deposit was due upon signing the proposal and 50% due upon completion of the work. The dirt was piled next to each post (as mentioned in the proposal) and so I spread it out better before I took the picture. "Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. He was very nice and professional. He had a new line in the ground and the fence working in about 25 or 30 minutes. The repair line in the new driveway is impossible to see. The fence works great. The company who installed my fence had done a similar repair and the charge was about triple what Robb's charge was. I did not even call the original company back because of their price. "<p>We selected Dog Watch after researching other providers and getting one other quote.  Dog Watch was just a little less money, but cost was not the deciding factor.  We felt the Dog Watch product had features that made it the best selection.  These included much longer battery life, the ability for the owner to adjust the correction level and a "tattle tale" feature that lets you know if your dog as tested the boundary.  </p> <p>The installer was on time and installed the buried wire being careful of our in ground sprinkler system.  He did a fine job.  The trainer, Heidi, was fantastic.  She has been doing this for many years and really knows how to interact with dogs, and their owners.  </p> <p>The best part is the results.  The fence has been installed for over a month now and our Golden Retriever LOVES it.  He really enjoys the freedom and we enjoy the convenience and security.  </p> <p>Highly recommend Dog Watch of Cincinnati.  </p> <br />"
