"Only time will tell if the repair actually fixed the problem we had. We had two leaking windows that only leaked if the wind & rain were coming in a certain direction. Only happened once or twice a year. Repair man was very knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. He showed me pictures of the silicone that had deteriorated on both windows and resealed them with clear silicone. Great job 👍 Price is Right👍 On time👍 Would highly recommend 👍😊"

Gregg came out to repair my screen door and install a metal bar so the cat cannot pull the screen out. He also changed florescent light bulbs, cleaned my gutters and ceiling vent fan, and tightened up the handle on my shower. It was a very good experience for me, he was friendly and professional, and I would use his services again."

"Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. I have never had such a professional and also personable individual do any project, home repair or remodel in 43 years of home ownership. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. "Robert had an idea of what was happening when I gave him the details of the leak happens once we turn the shower. He anticipated having to replace the bathtub spout. After finally removing the bathtub spout he noticed the original was put on in a manner he was not necessarily familiar with and one that would not allow a new one to just fit right over. So we had to cut into the wall to replace the actual pipe. Once we got into the wall we have discovered more damage than originally thought. Robert did a great job of providing details of everything in a manner we could understand. We now know our next step options.We still need more work to finalize the leak as all of the pipes are pretty damaged behind the wall. Robert is going to provide us with an estimate and I cannot see why would not use Flow Rite for this next job and any future job. They have been great throughout the whole process.
