I realized on Friday night after the snow melted that a shingle was off of my roof and I had a direct opening to the outside weather! I called them at 9:47 am on Saturday the 14th (Valentine’s Day), explaining my issue. They came to my home immediately and literally were done at 11:14 am sending me pictures of finished job!
