"Called them on a Sunday when I noticed a backup at an outside drain; Pasquale & crew showed up the next morning. Given the kind of work they do, and the fact that the floors had just been washed, I asked them to take off their shoes in the house and they did! <3 It took maybe half an hour to clean out the sewer drain. While this was happening a tenant mentioned that he had a leak under his kitchen sink, and the crew was flexible enough to handle it on the spot, in the same visit. Thanks, guys! The water dispenser & ice maker installation required drilling & running a hose to the sink. He drummelled the ceramic floor and then ran the tubing. We took on major damage to our main sewer line in the basement. They did a full replacement, installed new traps, and put in check valves to prevent further flooding issues.
