"After doing such an amazing job on the first overall cleaning Carmen was hired to come monthly to clean my son’s apartment. Today, though no fault of hers, the tub backed up and the water would not drain. Carmen went out of her way to help. I called the super to come and eventually the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, the nicely clean bathroom was now filthy. Carmen not only waited for the super to leave but re cleaned the bathroom. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is immaculate. I can’t thank her enough for what she did today. She is honest and takes great pride in her work."
