"Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

I’ve used him a few times he has put a new roof on my house, has repaired a gigantic hole in my ceiling has painted my bay window for me and also has cleaned my gutters multiple times. "I contacted John Santana, of Choice Home Repair, explained what I needed done and setup an appointment with him to come and look at the jobsite and to discuss in further detail what is required to accomplish what I wanted. John arrived at the appointed time, he thoroughly assessed the area to be worked on, brought to light some areas of concern and made some suggestions on how he would go about to resolve these issues. He also took the time to explain why they needed to be considered. Afterwards, John worked up an estimate, in a reasonable period of time. I thought his price was more than fair and had him draw up a contract. After singing off, I fronted him the funds for materials that needed to be special ordered. When John began the job he partitioned off the area to minimize dust and he cleaned up at the end of the day. Being that this job was done in December, I allowed John to setup in our heated garage where he could work. Here too he partitioned off that area to minimize the dust from his saws and other tools needed for the job. John Santana is a very conscientious, honest, and polite professional that does high quality work. He goes beyond the norm so that in the end everything about the job is solid and looks great. I highly recommend John for any home improvement work needed and would definitely hire him again. Actually, I’ve already discussed with him about the next project I will be doing."

"Excellent. The contractor was very reasonably priced. His estimate was accurate. The workmanship was quality through and through. The contractor completed the job within the time frame specified. Everything discussed was completed. Any additional cost for materials or labor was discussed and agreed on prior to the contractor purchasing any more material or beginning the work. Very fair and reasonable with any changes we decided to make."

"My roof was damaged in a storm. Water came through the roof and part of the ceiling fell off. Water ran down to the second floor into all three bedrooms. The kitchen was also damaged from the water. What a mess. I didn't know what to do. I have heard horror stories from other people who didn't hire an adjuster and they got robbed by their insurance companies. So I found Dave on Angie List and loved the reviews he got. I called and left a message. He called me back right away. Dave and I set up an appointment for that week. He came over and looked at everything. I gave him the insurance info and Dave took over. I didn't have to worry about dealing with the insurance company. He kept me up to date with phone calls and then I got the check less depreciation. Even after paying Dave for his services after he gave me the check at the end of July he is still helping me to get the depreciation money and Dave said he is pages in full even if after having everything fixed and I go over the check amount.
