The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

I’ve used him a few times he has put a new roof on my house, has repaired a gigantic hole in my ceiling has painted my bay window for me and also has cleaned my gutters multiple times. "The project consisted of a full bathtub replacement, shower wall tiling, floor tiling, light/fan installation, and some wall damage repairs. Since we had him here for tiling the bathroom we also had a mud area to the back deck tiled as well. John was great from start to finish. He was very responsive when we contacted him. He was up front and straight forward when we hit snags in the project and I always felt that he had our best interest at heart and was willing to do what was needed to make us feel happy and good about our choice to have him do the work. When the tub was removed, he found some mold and water damage in the wall behind the tub and the floor. He was able to roll with the punches and include replacing the floor for us without serious timeline or budget setbacks. All in all John was great to work with and we're very happy with the results and highly recommend him."

"My roof was damaged in a storm. Water came through the roof and part of the ceiling fell off. Water ran down to the second floor into all three bedrooms. The kitchen was also damaged from the water. What a mess. I didn't know what to do. I have heard horror stories from other people who didn't hire an adjuster and they got robbed by their insurance companies. So I found Dave on Angie List and loved the reviews he got. I called and left a message. He called me back right away. Dave and I set up an appointment for that week. He came over and looked at everything. I gave him the insurance info and Dave took over. I didn't have to worry about dealing with the insurance company. He kept me up to date with phone calls and then I got the check less depreciation. Even after paying Dave for his services after he gave me the check at the end of July he is still helping me to get the depreciation money and Dave said he is pages in full even if after having everything fixed and I go over the check amount.
