They arrived promptly at the agreed time to do the preliminary work and then arranged to come at the same time as the appliance installers to finish the job. Matt even took the time to fix my doorbell for me when I mentioned that it had not worked for years :-) It was clear that they are incredibly competent and the job went very smoothly.
