"Mr. James Pollard and his crew were very responsive and professional. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and left the property in good shape when they were done. 48 hours from start to completion. The only problem was the second batch of concrete that they got from AUGUSTA REDI-MIX was DEFECTIVE. The lower half of the driveway is a different color than the top half and the sidewalk. There are surface defects and a CRACK developed, less than 3 weeks after it was poured. AUGUSTA REDI-MIX Quality & Safety Rep has NOT been responsive."

"Tallents was very busy, and it took a month or more to get the work started.  I wanted the steps to be 5 inch rise and 12 inch depth.  They had no problem re-thinking the plan.  I needed a 5' x 6' landing.  I also wanted an easy-grip handrail. Everything was built to code of treated pine.  My wife and I are very-well pleased with the outcome, and I plan to contact Tallents with a bigger job in 2015. <br />"

They began breaking up the concrete with a sledge hammer. After that process they began securing the</p> <p>foundation to reduce shrinkage again. Two days later they came out to pour the concrete. "Went well..The only thing I have a issue with was, when the company sent a person to my home to collect the payment for worked performed. They did it at 0600 in the morning..They kept coming back until we answered the door..Was not prepared for someone that early knocking on my door for money..I asked the crew the day they finished work, do I pay you now..No he said..The office will contact you tomorrow..I said ok..Well he did not say someone will be at your door at 0600 for payment..Just seemed weired to me that someone does business that way.. <br />"
