I texted him a picture of my damaged drywall (hole in ceiling from previous plumbing repair), he gave me his quote and emailed me a proposal of what he would to to repair the damage. He arrived when he said he would and completed the repair in a couple of hours. it looks great, and the price was exactly what he quoted, no surprise extras. NOTE: He left the work area clean!
