"We recently had Leo and the team from Ultimate Flooring install new hardwood floors on our second floor, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! From the outset, Leo and his crew were the epitome of professionalism. They were not only prompt and communicative, ensuring we were informed every step of the way, but also demonstrated top-notch skill in their craft. The installation process was smooth, and the team was highly efficient, respecting our space and time throughout. The finished floors are simply beautiful, transforming the look and feel of our home. Leo’s attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every plank. If you're considering new floors, I wholeheartedly recommend Ultimate Flooring. Their professionalism, skill, and beautiful results have truly impressed us."

"This is a great company and beat other estimates. We had to keep moving our install date and they were very flexible. Install went smoothly and guys were easy to work with. They even blended the new floor into 20 yr old existing wood floor and you can't tell! The only thing you need to know is that you have to remove your own furniture and thats why I gave customer service a 4.5 instead of 5 but I will hire them again in a heartbeat."

"From start to finish everything went smoothly and on time. Carpet in office was removed and replaced with wood floors to match the other wood floors on our main level. Could not have had a better match having to match 25 year old wood floors. They looked perfect. Excellent job. Highly professional and prompt. I will use again in the future."

"We had our install today and we are very happy with our shower. Darren was our installer he called before he came and he showed about 10 min early. He answered all of our questions and very knowledgeable. He seems to have alot of experience. Very nice guy."

"The owner was super accommodating. I had a hard deadline, and he made it happen. The work is impeccable. He has a high level of integrity. You will not be disappointed!"

"I reached out for them to do some work for me and they were very nice. Very good communication and responds on time. They did an amazing job and they arrived in time. 10/10 recommend."

"This is a great Veteran owned and operated business which takes pride in it's work. I hired Seth Kolby, owner of KolbyCraft Builders, LLC, to repair portions of my three-rail split rail fence and install new fencing in other areas along with new gates. Seth is an on site, hands on owner who is easy to work with and is true to his word. Seth, Michael Morin and a dedicated crew completed the fencing project on time and on budget. I am very pleased with the work of KolbyCraft Builders. As a Charlotte native I've hired a number of companies to do repairs on my 40+ year old house and grounds and, so far, none have equaled Kolbycraft Builders for speed of completion and quality of work. I unconditionally recommend this group of fine professionals and will personally hire them for a variety of other work since fencing is just one of their many areas of expertise. Full disclosure: I do not work for or have any financial interest in KolbyCraft Builders and, as far as I know, I am not related to any person associated with them. My experience with KolbyCraft Builders has been entirely positive and if it wasn't I would certainly say so."

"The project turned into a complete replacement of deck surface with composite boards. Able worked in rain and cold late into the evenings and did an excellent job."
