"Marcio owns and operates a very honest, thorough and detail-oriented business and does exactly what he says at exactly the times he said he would. Most important, for people doing home improvements, Marcio is extraordinarily responsive and proactive with his communication. Specifically, we bought a house in May 2021 and wanted to add matching hard wood (5â  white oak) to areas of the house that had carpet and refinish the existing hardwood. The existing floors had gaps between the boards and had bumps in certain areas as well. Marcio procured the wood in the middle of a nationwide lumber shortage, dropped it off to let it settle for a couple days and then came by to install it. He then sanded the floors to be perfectly level, filled in the gaps, showed us stain and polyurethane options set out for us on our actual floors and then completed the staining and two coats of poly. The floors looked unbelievable. He added the shoe molding around the base and cove molding under each tread on the stairs. His work was impeccable, his timing was perfect and his price was the best of all the quotes I had initially received. I highly recommend him and his business."
