"We had Emerson Paints paint the exterior of our home. This company is so professional. They got my appointment within two weeks like I had asked. When I had questions or concerns they answered everything in such a friendly, calming and professional manner. The painter was friendly and so kind and worked so hard. Our house looks amazing and brand new. They were careful to tape up all the areas that weren't getting painted and I even saw the painter go around with a brush touching up tiny little spots and he didn't leave until he had it all done. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and moved back into place. The next day I got a call from the office so they could make sure I was satisfied. "

"He was not licensed , He over charged us , He lied basically that he can do Home Improvements he dried the carpet out he basically has his contractor do the work he let the contractor work on the carpet and was ruin and will not refer him."

"There is paint splatter all over the roof, paint smears on windows, unpainted streak on front door, one of the windows in bedroom was left open and painted so that I had to hire a handyman to get it unstuck so it would close. I was working in AZ so that window was open from Oct until I returned at the end of Jan. They did not scrape off old paint so the white around front door looks awful. It looked great in pics but I was so disappointed when I got back to the house and saw it up close."
