Our business has 2-4 team members. If lawn work and irrigation is necessary we would subcontract and work closely with them to get the project completed efficiently. Billing procedures: 1/2 down is due on contract signing, the remainder within 30 days from completion of work. Only accept cash or checks at this time.

"Very well. Due to weather conditions, there were a few setbacks, but the final project - I am more than pleased. It is so much nicer than I had pictured. They really know what they are doing, and Mitch is on the site every day to supervise to make sure it is getting done correctly. "Workmanship was extremely poor. Driveway was not level and graded properly. Damaged the sidewalks as well. Customer service is a joke. It took 4 weeks to even discuss the issues of which they are not willing to address any of them. Definitely a company to avoid!"
