"Tech was Bobby Rainwater. He showed up on time and was professional. Marantech isn't a system they work with, so he did everything in his power to diagnosis the problem, including making calls to Marentech and the original company that installed them in the houses of the subdivision I live in. It turned out an electrical part of the unit needed to be replaced, so he told me where to order it the cheapest price and how easy it will be to install when it arrives. He went ahead and inspected the rest of the garage anyways. He also gave me his personal line and told me to shoot him a call if I had any issues, and would even stop back by again on his own time if need be. Service was above and beyond, even though he wasn't able to complete the job, so I was happy to pay the service charge. Would definitely recommend this company."

"This a family business. They were super friendly from owner to workers. They arrived to take down the remaining fence that did not fall. They showed up on time (early) and when they said they would. They cleaned up all the mess of wood and cement. They started the fence with putting in the poles with cement and then came back the next day. They started putting up the fence and sent a picture to me to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it to be. Upon approval they had a very large fence put in in a day.  <br /> Their workers were friendly and very professional. <br />"

"They're my sprinkler guys. They put in my sprinklers and they come in and take it off and put it back on. I've been using them since 2013. It's hard to get hold of him. He doesn't answer the phone right away. So I have to leave a message and then sometimes he takes a while to get back to me. It's not always good because I have to do RPZ water test for the city twice a year and it's got to be in and so it's hard sometimes."
