During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! I highly recommend Randy's Electric and the professionals I referred to above."

He spent time discussing the project with us so we got the services we actually needed. He provided a copy of his liability insurance which my husband requests from every contractor we work with and pulled all the proper permits. He came on the days and at the times we arranged. He arrived at our home on time and quickly diagnosed two problems. Since the weather was in the 90's every day, we were extremely grateful for his willingness to provide same day, after-hours service.
