Roots met me and showed me exactly what was bad and what he could do to fix it and make it look like it was never patched. His price was very fair. No BS, straight to the point. They worked clean. Heather and her team actually move furniture to do the rugs! (Many housekeepers “clean around” objects and dust around items on tables and shelves). "They came and looked at what I needed done. Someone else called with an estimate. They were not prompt in getting to the job. The men who came and did the work were friendly and courteous but did not have direction to do everything that had been discussed and supposedly estimated. Then when the bill came it was for way more than had been estimated. I would not hire them again nor recommend them."

"It wasn't good. They were repairing a wall and he dug it out, but when he put it back up it was the used blocks that he was putting back up and he didn't pay any attention to how he was doing it. He had a couple of his kids helping and he put them, one had cement from the previous original job and he put that facing up instead of using the blocks that were on top as the top. And some of them were broken and he just put them back in and there wasn't enough and he couldn't find anything to use additionally to fill in for the ones that were missing and I'm not sure if it was quite as straight as it should be but it's in place well enough to be effective."
