"Hello! My mother was very frustrated with her new dryer not drying properly. She hired a dryer repair man who advised her the vent was clogged. She reached out to "The Dryer Vent Guy" who sent out a technician named STEVEN. HE WAS AMAZING!!!! From start to finish, he was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. His work was neat and clean. He even wore protective shoe booties so my mom's clean floor would not get dirty from the snow. He also sucked up the huge amount of debris he was able to remove from the vent. "We LOVE our new awning!!!! Have used it eveyday since it was installed. Bob, the owner was wonderful ! Jake and Shawn did the install and were hardworking and pleasant to work with. The awning was ordered in early May but took a while due to supply shortages. Bob was in touch with the company several times for updates for us. The awning was installed on a Sat. the day after they received it. Would definitely recommend Champs. Will enjoy for years to come!"

It?s a brand new install that I am now afraid to light. As if that were not enough, they left my neighbors? driveway covered in concrete and sealant residue. An absolute waste of $5,000."
