When I insisted that they leave the block edging where the new beds were added he expressed a couple times that he thought it would look better without, I eventually saw it and was glad he suggested it. His crew also added a cute little circular rock area when they extended the bed and some of the rocks weren't needed."

"Mario and his crew did an incredible job on our very large project, encompassing a back patio, stairs down to stone walkway on side with retaining wall, and a total redo of front stairs, walkway and front porch. Mario and his crew are very skilled, professional, hard working, and timely. They always solicited input, were open to making adjustments to plan along the way, and when solicited for design advise offered up a wealth of knowledge! He also moved two 23 year old trees. Recommend highly!!"

It took him just a little while, and the reason was he was so busy doing other jobs. "We hired Aiden to wash the windows in our new house. It took a couple days because they had equipment issues. (Understandable ) When they came back the second time, I expressed my concerns about the inside still being dirty and I pointed out the issues. They miss a few windows but others were done quickly with no attention to detail. They took out all the screens on the front porch and just left them in the front yard. He specifically told me they would put the screens back in. Now I need to find someone to fix what they did not complete. He did offer to come back but he can?t give me a day or time because he is too busy. He did after a bunch of back and forth agree to credit me 20%. It will cost me more to get the job done correctly. We are very disappointed. They seem like nice guys but they lack customers service skills."
