"<strong><em>  First of all, Mikes' Landscaping sub-contracted out the job to Herron Contractors, who I knew nothing about but since Mikes Landscaping was recommended by Angies List and he used them they must be OK.  Well Herron Contractors turned out to be a one man show who could not come til 4:45 pm each day due to his full time job.  It is done he is paid.  I will not use Mikes Landscaping or Herron Contractors again.</em></strong> <br />"

"Wes initially installed sod.  We should have retained his services for seasonal upkeep.  Instead, we tried it ourselves and did not have the results we wanted.  Wes and his crew rescued our lawn. <br />"

"<p>We asked Fresh Cut to come out and check our irrigation system which they had disconnected/blown out the previous Fall. Despite our lawn guys returning the power to the system the well breaker kept tripping. A different serviceman than had been here to disconnect the previous two Falls and restart the previous Spring showed up. He was very polite and friendly. I asked where the previous serviceman was and was told he no longer worked for the company. I explained that our lawn cutters had turned the system back on but the well breaker kept tripping if we attempted to run the system. I questioned why the system had been left with all these and quot;loose wiresand quot;. I had not seen the loose wires hanging inside the box after the system was blown out last fall. The box was closed when the serviceman left and was unopened until the time we wanted to run the system again. This repairman had no answer as to why there was such a mess inside the box(which had obviously been left by one of this companies people) After several attempts to figure out the wiring and restart the system without tripping the breaker the serviceman determined we needed a well pump person as there must be a problem with the pump. </p> <p>We did get a pump person(not the one they recommended, but one from Angies List). He bypassed the system and tested the pump, which works like a charm! He determined there was a problem with improper wiring. It was fixed and the system is perfect again.</p> <p>My gut feeling is that when this system was disconnected last Fall there was a problem. The person who came to do the repair did not check the entire wiring, fortunately the Pump man did. For less than the service call cost from Fresh Cut my system was restored.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"They provided an exceptional top notch service.  We were expecting our second child and had a <br /> tight time constraint and  they were able to accommodate our needs and complete the <br /> job on time.  The staff were on time and cleaned up every day prior to leaving.  Theywere all perfectionist, ensuring that the job was done correctly and properly.  It is not cheap to replace 49 windows and they gave us total comfort that the job would be done right.  Every member of the staff were experts and we had total confidence asking anyone of them questions during the job and getting their opinion.  I would definitely recommend Brindisi Builders and I plan on using them again in the future.  It is great comfort when you have a reliable and trustworthy construction company that does phenomenal work."

"Dave figured out the best solution.  He and his worker dug the trenches and covered the pipes with the patches of grass after they installed the pipes, pump, & pop-up drain.  It was a very professional job and works great so far.  I have not seen the yard flooded since he did this work.  He kept in touch with me by phone and email since I was not there the whole time as it is my summer home.  <br /> This is the third time I had Dave back to do work.  I had major damage from Hurricane Sandy and on 4/13/13 he also did work for me.  He worked in my crawl space.  He replaced insulation, cleaned joists with an antimicrobial agent and then painted them with antimold resistant paint, replaced a vapor barrier, installed a sump pump, repaired foundation vents, and filled cracks in my foundation.  All for a resonable price!  Dave is honest, fair and very professional.  He always returns my calls in a timely manner.  I will call on him again for future work. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Mays Landing, NJ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
