"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

They refinished the entire first level floors, replaced all floor boards, crafted and installed crown molding and did all the paint and touch ups. This work covered the following: 1) Remove carpeting, install plank laminate flooring, and floor baseboards 2) Install bathroom tile flooring and floor baseboards I would recommend DeMayo Tile. I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. Total cost $10,450.00"
