Our downstairs tub, toilet and floor were covered in sewage water from all our toilets, tub, shower, sinks, etc. I called his business after 8:00PM. He answered, was extremely understanding and willing to work with us asap. Unfortunately he couldnâ t schedule to come out until The next AM, while others I called were giving me 2 or 3 days. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."
